Hello and Welcome to Essential Touch Massage!

My name is Gina. I am a very caring, highly skilled, State Certified Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, with over 1,000 hrs. of schooling, at Healing Hands School for Holistic Health, located in Escondido, CA.  I have 18 years experience in a variety of modalities. I specialize in deep Swedish/Circulatory, and Neuromuscular techniques.  

My philosophy about massage and bodywork, is that massage and bodywork, are the best way to balance our mind, body, and soul. Massage is proven to heal physical and emotional pain, stress and tension relief, and promote for an overall healthy life.

I chose to get involved in massage and healing, at a young age, when I discovered the serenity, and peaceful bliss, of receiving massage. I inspire to help others discover the beauty and nurturing ability of massage, for them to enjoy in their lives, and to help maintain and promote, better health.

About me:  I live in beautiful North San Diego County. I enjoy spending time with my two labrador retrievers. I also enjoy hiking, yoga, meditation, and, I practice living in, " the now."  I am interested in nutrition, and I am also, an AdvoCare Distributor. My interests are in health, philosophy, nature, anatomy, biology, and psychology. When I am not giving massages, I enjoy receiving massage, soaking in my hot tub, and having BBQ's with family and friends.
